Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot process equipment, utility, and facility issues.
  • Improve existing and new equipment, utilities, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Complete PM records, equipment logs, and other forms to document work activities.
  • Perform emergency repairs in a high-quality, timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Discover, evaluate, and recommend mechanical, electrical, control system, or equipment upgrades to improve quality, safety, and reliability and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Analog, Pneumatic, HART, Fieldbus, AS-i, DeviceNet, and IP devices.
  • Experience with Pressure, Flow, Temperature, pH, DO, Valve Positioners, Tachometers, controllers, and other instrumentation.
  • Experience with DCSs, DeltaV, Rockwell, and/or other control programs.
  • Experience with VFDs, Soft Starts, UPS, generators, motors, MCCs, switchgear, and other single-phase or 3-phase electrical equipment up to 480VAC.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Trade school.
  • Electrical license.
  • 2 years of experience with Analog, Pneumatic, HART, Fieldbus, AS-i, DeviceNet, and IP devices.
  • 2 years of experience with Pressure, Flow, Temperature, pH, DO, Valve Positioners, Tachometers, controllers, and other instrumentation.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Must be able to work in a high-demand non-climate control manufacturing setting.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
