Advanced Tier 2 Support for the Myriad Help Desk, specifically concerning Identity and Windows applications.

Upholding Compliance Standards - We adhere to rigorous compliance protocols, guided by HIPAA, SOX, and HITRUST.

Directory Management - Administration of Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

Identity Solutions - Proficiency in tools such as Okta, Hitachi ID, and Oracle Cloud.

Windows Server Management - Overseeing application administration and support.

Configuration Management Database (CMDB) - Assisting in the management of our asset and application tracking system.

Collaboration on AWS IAM - Working with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM capabilities.

Infrastructure as Code Development - Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and compliance.

Employee Lifecycle Management - Implementing Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) to ensure seamless access for all employees.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience, ideally within a medium to large enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with Identity Providers (IdP) and RBAC role creation.
  • Experience with Okta Identity Governance for Access Requests and Access Certifications is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, particularly with Terraform and GitHub/GitOps.
  • Experience working with APIs for service provisioning and access management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of directory services, including Okta Universal Directory, Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD (Entra ID).
  • Solid grasp of IP networking principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and concepts.
  • Experience with AWS IAM roles and automation.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Extensive experience in Windows operational administration.
  • Preferred Skills: Candidates with the following experience will be given preference:
  • Demonstrated ownership and initiative in a remote work environment.
  • Understanding of AWS IAM and security roles.
  • Proficiency in Okta Workflows.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, GitHub/GitOps, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Skills in scripting and automation, including data analysis, PowerShell, SQL, Okta workflows, and Python.
