Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at KFC Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the scope, schedule, and costs of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Foster positive client relationships through effective communication and negotiation
  • Directly interact with clients to define project scope, negotiate contract terms, and maintain consistent communication
  • Plan, organize, direct, and manage project team activities to achieve project goals
  • Set goals and evaluate staff performance to motivate staff to excel in day-to-day work activities
  • Define and control project scope, budget, and schedule, and assist in reviewing Requests for Proposals and preparing fees and contracts
  • Perform general technical project oversight and management, including technical design
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience as a project manager, construction manager, designer, or engineer
  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of project management principles, engineering, and construction practices is preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desirable
  • Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical branch preferred
  • Able to operate computers using word processing, spreadsheet, and civil engineering and architectural software
  • Able to read blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to come up with timely and efficient solutions to complex problems and issues
  • Able to multitask multiple projects and teams with exceptional organizational skills
  • Maintain effective work relationships with agencies, contractors, and the general public
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive service-oriented attitude toward the firm, our employees, and the clients
