About the Role:

FusionWorks is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Gerontopsychiatric Specialist to join our team. As a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing individualized and activating social care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
• Provide support with everyday tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
• Collaborate with nursing assistants, trainees, and interns to ensure seamless care delivery and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance care quality.
• Maintain accurate and detailed care documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in gerontopsychiatric care.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in gerontopsychiatric care, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of elderly individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services.
