About the Role:

FusionWorks is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Gerontopsychiatric Specialist to join our team. As a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing individualized and activating social care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
• Provide support with everyday tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
• Collaborate with nursing assistants, trainees, and interns to ensure seamless care delivery and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance care quality.
• Maintain accurate and detailed care documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or issues.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in gerontopsychiatric care.
