Experienced Pest Control Technician/Salesperson

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Experienced Pest Control Technician/Salesperson. This role requires resolving customer inquiries, offering solutions to drive company revenue, and providing excellent sales and customer service skills.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Job

This position involves presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, and Sarasota counties. The ideal candidate will be able to prospect and contact potential customers, set follow-up appointments, and maintain a strong rapport with clients.

  • Presents and sells company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Prospects and contacts potential customers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments and promotions.
  • Requires physical labor, walking, and some lifting due to fieldwork involved.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • Prior experience in Pest Control sales and customer service (minimum 2 years).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build trust with clients.
  • A deadline and detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • A professional image and demeanor at all times.
  • Background screening and good driving record for vehicle use.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
  • A minimum age requirement of 23 years old for Commercial Insurance purposes.
