Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Paint Sales Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams.


Job Summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, and achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.


Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Sales: Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, comply with inventory control procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive store environment.

Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Licensure: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Prior Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.

What We Offer

As a Paint Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you can expect a competitive salary range of $17.00-$22.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for growth and development within the company.
