Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Specialist to join our team at One Way of Indiana Carpet Restoration LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to emergency water, fire, and mold restoration situations in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform disaster response and emergency mitigation services, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Set up and operate equipment such as dehumidifiers, fans, and air scrubbers to ensure proper drying and restoration of affected areas.
  • Conduct moisture mapping and loss documentation to assess the extent of damage and develop effective restoration plans.
  • Remove and dispose of damaged materials, including drywall, carpets, and insulation, and perform general demolition as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency situations outside of regular business hours.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and maintain them in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • IICRC certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Satisfactory background check and ability to pass a physical examination.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing compassion and empathy to customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
