Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronics and manufacturing equipment, including PLC controllers, HVAC, conveyors, and other equipment.
  • Install, inspect, and improve the efficiency of equipment while adhering to safety, quality, and operational efficiency requirements.
  • Perform electrical maintenance of foreign equipment, including felt lines, molding equipment, presses, robotics, and water jets.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain motors, sensors, photo eyes, switches, and other electrical components.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace wires, as well as maintain and troubleshoot junction boxes and terminal switches.
  • Perform facilities maintenance, lighting, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Lock out tag out certification.
  • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
