Job Overview

Compensation starting at $20.00 per hour

Position requires reliable transportation for travel to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain facilities by preparing and applying paints, stains, and other surface treatments to structural surfaces.
  • Inspect areas needing attention and communicate findings to management.
  • Mix and match paint colors accurately for various projects.
  • Prepare surfaces through washing, scraping, sanding, and smoothing before application of finishes.
  • Ensure proper storage, cleaning, and disposal of all materials used, adhering to departmental policies.
  • Follow all safety protocols while performing tasks.
  • Complete assigned work orders efficiently and on schedule.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry as needed.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional repairs and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
