  • Work closely with the Store Manager to oversee the operational success of the store and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
Requirements:
  • Experience with managing orders in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Full-time availability with a flexible schedule that includes openers, mids, and closers.
