Hotel Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Residence Inn / Fairfield Inn hotel located in Charlotte, NC. This role involves interacting with guests, processing reservations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail when processing transactions.

The estimated salary for this position is around $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.
