Senior Care Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner. Key Responsibilities:
* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders
* Conduct regular medication audits to ensure accuracy and safety
* Maintain accurate records of medication administration and document any concerns or issues
* Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
* Current LPN licensure in good standing
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
What We Offer:
