Women's Health Nurse, Wilmington, DE

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Women's Health Practice in Wilmington, DE. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our residency practice.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on women's health. You will work collaboratively with our nursing team to manage patient care, respond to messages, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support to women's health patients
- Collaborate with the nursing team to manage patient messages and respond to phone calls
- Participate in team nursing model to support Middletown, Smyrna, and Newark practices
- Manage nursing visit schedule, patient teaching, and prescription refills
- Assist with FMLA, prior authorizations, and other administrative tasks
- Graduate of a state-approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing
- RN license or eligible for licensure in the state of Delaware
- Two years of experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred
- BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years
- BLS certification required
