Job Overview

This Administrative Operations Manager role is a critical position within the Case Management Department office, overseeing and managing day-to-day functions to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance, mail intake and distribution, supplies, and other associated office tasks.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for management.
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain office policies and hospital procedures.
  • Utilize computer programs to maximize department reporting needs.
  • Develop and implement office operations and procedures to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Cordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors to maintain office efficiency.
  • Oversee clerical functions, including supply requisitions, filing systems, and correspondence control.
  • Establish and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards.
  • Assign and monitor tasks and responsibilities to administrative assistants.
  • Recommend and implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Review and approve office supply acquisitions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in general office work.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but an associate's degree is required.
  • 1-3 months of on-the-job training.
