Key Responsibilities

Communication and Coordination:

Project Management:

  • Track and document project details, including monitoring technicians' daily work hours.

  • Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of cable television, internet, and telephone systems at client locations.

Customer Assistance:

Travel Requirements:

  • Regular travel may be required for installations and support.

To excel in this position, a Lead Commercial Field Technician should possess robust technical expertise and the capability to work with diverse equipment and tools.
