About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Carrollwood. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all exams using established protocols and facility policies.
  • Screen patients for any contrast allergies and educate them on the exam process.
  • Complete all exams in a timely manner and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Operate all imaging equipment safely and properly, including scanners, injectors, monitors, and medical equipment.
  • Adapt protocols as necessary for patients of all ages and maintain proper radiation safety standards.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field.
  • Completion of radiologic technology training and A.R.R.T. registration.
  • Computed Tomography A.R.R.T. (CT) certification if required by facility.
  • General radiographer state license as required by state if required by facility.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
