About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Orthopedics department. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping our patients recover from orthopedic procedures and surgeries.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
* BSN degree preferred; ADN degree accepted with completion of BSN within 5 years
* American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
* Minimum 1 year experience in orthopedic nursing
