Job SummaryWe are looking for a Family Law Attorney who possesses strong negotiation, litigation, and problem-solving skills to handle a challenging and rewarding role. Responsibilities:- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiation processes.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various family law matters.
- Develop case strategies based on the law and the specific circumstances of each case.
- Manage all aspects of a case from inception to resolution, including discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
- Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
- Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to family law to provide accurate and relevant legal advice to clients.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Current license to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
- Proven experience in negotiation, litigation, divorce law, child support, legal advice, client counseling, and case management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
