Senior Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator with a passion for justice and a proven track record in personal injury law.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to apply their expertise in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including conducting investigations, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, engaging in motion practice, attending hearings, and trial work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases and provide expert legal advice to clients.
- Conduct thorough investigations to uncover all facts related to the case.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal correspondence.
- Represent clients in court and advocate on their behalf during trials, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
- Develop case strategies based on the law, the specific circumstances of each case, and the client's goals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and keep them updated on the progress of their case.
- Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in personal injury law and to support legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with legal team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney with significant trial experience.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
- Proficient in all phases of litigation from case inception through appeal.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex legal issues.
- High degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A deep understanding of personal injury law and a passion for advocating for the rights of injured individuals.
