Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage the inbound and outbound schedules for deliveries and shipments, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and delivery status.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of goods.
  • Scheduling: Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure that shipments and deliveries are completed on time.
  • Support: Provide support to the warehouse or logistics team as needed, including assisting with inventory management and tracking.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics and/or warehousing operations.
  • Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), and scheduling software is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree in logistics or a related field preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing: Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Motions: Must be able to perform repetitive motions.
