As a Speech Language Pathologist - Home Health Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in the patient's home, using a variety of techniques and strategies to promote communication and language skills
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, using standardized assessment tools and reporting procedures

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Texas
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
