Job Description

At Flores & Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Funding Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely establishment, accounting, and reconciliation of client accounts for our company's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Review daily ACH reports to determine necessary funding and work with team members to set up, fund, and report client accounts.
  • Maintain client accounts to ensure all information is current and accurate, processing payroll deductions and client deposits as needed.
  • Actively work with clients to confirm fund allocations and have a basic understanding of the plans we administer to facilitate efficient posting of funds.
  • Perform client account reconciliations and data entry within multiple applications.
  • Participate in company initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service with a focus on client account balances.
  • Ability to enter data accurately and maintain data integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organization, and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

Flores & Associates operates in a professional remote office environment. This role is mostly sedentary, with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The position frequently communicates with team members and candidates, requiring the ability to exchange accurate information clearly.
