Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Project Architect to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey. As a key member of our Architectural Group, you will be responsible for leading various aspects of project development, including construction drawings, code reviews, and construction administration.

Responsibilities
  • Project Development: Lead the development of construction drawings, code reviews, and construction administration for various projects.
  • Design and Technical Skills: Possess strong design and technical skills, with a thorough understanding of materials and building technologies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and construction managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Architecture Degree.
  • License: Licensed Architect in NJ and/or NY.
  • Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of architectural experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in generating and overseeing the development of contract documents, with knowledge of construction drawing standards and building code analysis.
  • Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
