Job Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst/Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the corporate financial activities of our client, a leading medical device manufacturing company. As a financial expert, this individual is responsible for preparing corporate financial presentations, analyzing consolidated company financial data, and providing divisional support as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial packages for corporate requirements.
  • Analyze consolidated company financial data and prepare Board reporting packages.
  • Implement or direct the implementation of changes, corrections, or new programs related to the financial operation of the organization.
  • Support processes related to the coordination of business plans and forecasts, budgetary comparisons, profit analyses, operations reviews, capital appropriation requests, and other financially related documents.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or other related business field required.
  • Experience in applying forecasting and analysis techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information to produce insights that aid in controlling actual results versus budgets, forecasts, etc.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Ability to ensure accurate and timely results and work independently.
  • Effective and professional communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and strong system skills with other Office products.
