About the Role

At Center for Community Alternatives, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to oversee facility operations and administration at our Seeds to Roots Youth Action Center in Brooklyn.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and training staff and interns.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures, lead drills, and ensure compliance with protocols.
  • Maintain the Youth Center Operations Manual and provide training to staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management and administration required.
