**About this Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a **Team Leader** in Harlem. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and programmatic needs of our team, ensuring the effective delivery of community supervision, clinical interventions, and case management services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the daily operations of the team, including staff supervision and oversight
  • Supervise a small caseload of participants with complex needs, providing intensive support and guidance
  • Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure consistent practice and high-quality services

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in a clinical discipline with 2-3 years of supervisory experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working in human services with individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorders
  • Experience understanding various evidence-based models and theories pertaining to psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and recovery
