Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a motivational leader for student-athletes, fostering their growth and development.
- Oversee all program activities, including pre-season training, tryouts, regular practices, and coaching during games.
- Implement effective practice strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with college coaches to support student-athletes.
- Represent the school and its program to prospective student-athletes.
- Assist in managing team equipment alongside athletic administration.
- Collaborate with athletic training staff to ensure the health and safety of all participants.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Athletic Director.

Position Details:
This is a part-time, seasonal role lasting approximately 12 weeks.
The typical schedule includes Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM, with commitments on Saturdays.
Preferred qualifications include an activity vehicle license endorsement.
CPR training will be provided and is mandatory.
