SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleThis full-time Registered Nurse position involves providing comprehensive home health care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. As a BAYADA RN, you will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:- Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Perform client assessments as necessary and document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Case management and coordination
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN
