About the Role

Pfister Energy, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a highly skilled Solar Estimator to join our team. As a Solar Estimator, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of our solar energy projects. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed estimates for solar energy projects, including site assessments, system design, and installation costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our projects are designed and executed with the latest innovations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solar energy estimating, with a focus on EPC projects.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and experience with project management software.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
