Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at MFI. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and participating in warehouse functions, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Plan, oversee, and participate in warehouse operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and assist receiving, restocking, inventory control, pulling and preparing orders, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, shipping orders, and product returns.
  • Associate Management: Hire, train, develop, and evaluate associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Cycle Counting and Quality Control: Ensure cycle counting is done and the quality of work by warehouse staff is maintained.
  • Administrative Functions: Ensure administrative functions are completed timely and efficiently.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the physical facility to ensure adequate safety, protect against loss, and present a professional company image.
  • Delivery Support: May be required to back up delivery drivers as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of fleet management and logistics experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Education: Foundation level of business and financial acumen.
  • Skills: Knowledgeable in material handling and inventory documentation, critical decision-making capability with a strategic mindset, capacity to influence others through coaching, servant leadership, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 65 pounds often, operate warehouse equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorization: Must have and maintain authorization to work in the country in which the role is based.
