Job Summary:The primary purpose of this position is to assist providers with the proper administration of patient care. This includes serving as a liaison between providers and patients, assessing patient needs, and communicating health information. You will also perform telephone triage, follow service line initiatives, and assist with medication management.

- Follow service line initiatives to avoid unnecessary hospital re-admissions
- Assist with medication management and complete prior authorizations
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Deliver exemplary customer service and provide a positive patient experience
- Applicable NY State license
- Two-year degree preferred
- Proven work experience in a healthcare facility preferred
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT Codes, CPR Certification, and strong clinical skills
