Cosmetology Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmetology Instructor to join our team at Paul Mitchell Schools. As a Cosmetology Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the art and science of cosmetology, including haircutting, color, texture, and cosmetology theory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lesson plans and curriculum for cosmetology classes
• Teach and mentor students in the classroom and clinic settings
• Assist students with clinic floor services, including technical assistance and coaching on salon success skills
• Model the Paul Mitchell culture and positive professional habits for our future professionals

Qualifications:

• Cosmetology/Barbering License in the State of MD
• Passion for educating, learning, and helping others
