Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Attendant to join our team at The Salvation Army Central Territory. As a key member of our donation center team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Sort and process donations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized donation area, adhering to safety and security protocols.
  • Operate Salvation Army trucks, loading and unloading donations as needed.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including early shifts, late shifts, and weekends.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
