Senior Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Therapist to join our team as a Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clinical excellence across our network of over 1200 clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical excellence initiatives to improve patient outcomes and staff performance
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff
  • Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs
  • Deliver high-quality care and meet our standards of clinical excellence
  • Lead and mentor clinical staff to achieve clinical excellence
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach clinical staff
  • Ability to provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians
  • Ability to travel within the Michigan market as needed
