Senior Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Therapist to join our team as a Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clinical excellence and providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment to patients.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical excellence initiatives across the region
  • Collaborate with clinical peers to implement and facilitate new graduate mentorship programming
  • Work with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff
  • Provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians
  • Travel within the Michigan market as needed to support clinical excellence initiatives
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care
  • Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach our clinical staff
  • Effective time management skills to provide 80% direct patient care and 20% RCEC duties weekly
