Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Analyst to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a Logistics Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify physical inventory against an inventory database and work to correct inaccuracies.
  • Contribute to the completion of specific logistics projects.
  • Conduct internal inventory audits, assessments, and evaluations to ensure conformance to quality, cost, and delivery performance standards.
  • Build spreadsheets to track and manage multiple tasks.
  • Help manage Navy inventory across several databases, including MS Access, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), and ERP.
  • Resolve supplier quality issues and provide appropriate support for desired supplier capability.
  • Help with shipping and receiving to Navy shipyards and global fleet support.
  • Write and edit logistics policies, procedures, Bills of Material (BOMs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of MS Access database.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.
