About the Role:
Ninyo & Moore is seeking a highly skilled Construction Services Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing construction materials testing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project proposals, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee field activities, including field technicians and inspectors, to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Conduct technical reviews and approvals of project-related paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving project issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design professionals, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or 7 years of experience in the materials testing and inspection industry with 2 or more years as a Project Manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports and proposals.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management software and tools, including budgeting and scheduling.
- ICC and CWI certifications are a plus.
