Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Clinical Decision Unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols and procedures.
- Monitoring and documenting patient health status and responses to treatments.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Educating patients and their families about health management and care plans.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, or the ability to obtain it within the first year of employment.
- Experience in an acute care setting, with a minimum of one year preferred.
