**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Boy's Basketball Camp Counselor II. This role is responsible for organizing and directing campers on and off the field/court, teaching sport skills to campers, coaching teams in camp competition, and assisting the camp director with set up/tear down of camp daily.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Camp Organization and Direction**: Organize and direct campers on and off the field/court, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • **Sport Skills Instruction**: Teach sport skills to campers, including basketball techniques and strategies.
  • **Team Coaching**: Coach teams in camp competition, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • **Camp Support**: Assist the camp director with set up/tear down of camp daily, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • **Additional Support**: Assist the camp director as requested, providing additional support to ensure the success of the camp.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children and adults. A strong background in basketball coaching and experience working with youth are essential.
