Job Summary

This position will be primarily responsible for testing network system software, applications, and services developed within the AmNet Services, Inc. group. The successful candidate will be directly involved in building automation frameworks for testing end-to-end service performance, system upgrades, software regression, new feature validation, and cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop test automation frameworks and methodologies that define the testing process used as part of the agile software development process.
  • Develop and execute automation test suites for Android mobile applications and cloud-based web service applications.
  • Collaborate with the software development team to identify and correct defects.
  • Develop and maintain test databases for automated validation testing of software revisions.
  • Work closely with the Development, QA, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.
  • Participate in product design reviews and provide input on software development methodologies.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of the AmNet Services, Inc. team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software design and software testing.
  • Hands-on experience in testing web-based and mobile software applications.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
  • Strong software skills, including Java, Python, C#, Ruby, JUnit, or TestNG.
  • Deep knowledge of Android technology stack.
  • Proficiency with source control, continuous integration, and testing methods.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Build Systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodology, test development, and test execution.
  • Understanding of 4G network architecture is a plus.
