KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Explore the essential experiences as a Culinary Operations Supervisor

OWN THE MENU
Follow the company's established Food & Beverage menu and procurement protocols

MONITOR THE FINANCES
Oversee budgeted revenue, cost of goods sold, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food services; analyze monthly profit & loss reports and implement necessary adjustments

INITIATE THE CELEBRATIONS
Collaborate with the Operations team and Sales personnel to plan, oversee, and execute all events, managing the preparation and service of all food and beverages (including cleanup); assist with cooking as required

STRATEGIZE LIKE A PRO
Forecast food consumption and procure items as needed from our designated food program; efficiently schedule staff to adapt to changes in business volume

BUILD A TOP-NOTCH TEAM

Partner with the center's management to recruit, hire, train, and retain an exceptional kitchen team

DEDICATE TO QUALITY
Ensure that our product quality, freshness, and presentation consistently meet company standards; supervise and oversee the preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food

MAINTAIN SANITATION


Oversee and manage all kitchen equipment maintenance and implement/conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with all local health regulations.

Report any critical issues to the General Manager

WHO YOU ARE


You are a seasoned chef with a well-honed sense of customer service, excellent interpersonal/communication skills, and a strong grasp of profit and loss management.

You take responsibility for your team (as any great leader would) and your organizational skills are unparalleled. Our centers are dynamic, high-volume retail environments that are as challenging to work in as they are rewarding.

You'll be leading a team of lead cooks, cooks, dishwashers, and servers, and will report to and support your center's General Manager on all food-related matters.

Experience in catering for events or presenting food for special occasions is preferred but not mandatory.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ Years of Culinary Management Experience
Bachelor's or culinary degree preferred
Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant settings required
Experience in catering events is preferred
Current ServSafe certification is mandatory
ServSafe instructor certification or the ability to obtain certification is preferred
