Senior Sales Manager

Eclipse Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the European region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new solar power customers and maintaining existing relationships in the EU market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver targets for the European region, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and other key markets.
  2. Maintain and establish strong customer relationships, expand existing relationships, and develop new customers to drive revenue growth.
  3. Collaborate with key customers to understand their needs and work with HQ or regional teams to meet those needs.
  4. Support the sales director in major overseas projects and implement the company's KPI assessment mechanism to ensure effective control of sales and profits.
  5. Attend industry events and exhibitions to market the brand and discover new customers.
  6. Identify, generate, and maintain relationships with key customers in the market, including IPP/owners/developers, EPCs, consultants, distributors, and local installers.
  7. Monitor tender opportunities and develop a pipeline of sales opportunities in different segments.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations, local government departments, potential project investors, and banks.
