Sales Director

Eclipse Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the European region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new solar power customers and maintaining existing relationships in the EU market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver targets for the European region, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and other key markets.
- Maintain and establish strong customer relationships, expand existing relationships, and develop new customers to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with key customers to understand their needs and work with HQ or regional teams to meet those needs.
- Support the sales director in major overseas projects and implement the company's KPI assessment mechanism to ensure effective control of sales and profits.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to market the brand and discover new customers.
- Identify, generate, and maintain relationships with key customers in the market, including IPP/owners/developers, EPCs, consultants, distributors, and local installers.
- Monitor tender opportunities and develop a pipeline of sales opportunities in different segments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations, local government departments, potential project investors, and banks.
