Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Shop Foreman to join our team. As a Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our equipment and vehicles, as well as managing our inventory and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and vehicles
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Research and purchase parts and supplies
  • Deliver materials to job sites
  • Perform office handyman duties
Requirements
  • Class C Driver's License, or ability to get one within 3 months
  • Knowledge on driving truck and trailers, NON-CDL requirement
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to learn how to run construction equipment around the shop
  • Basic construction knowledge
  • Ability to shop for best price on parts and accessories
  • Ability to work on equipment and tools
  • Basic automotive mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
