Our Food Service Attendants are responsible for ensuring that guests enjoy a remarkable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Present the menu and offer detailed insights when requested (e.g., regarding portion sizes, ingredients, or potential allergens).
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Verify customers' ages to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
  • Serve food and beverage orders efficiently.
  • Manage multiple front-of-house tasks while processing payments.
  • Set up tables and maintain a clean dining environment.
  • Transport used dishes, glasses, and utensils to the kitchen for cleaning.
  • Complete all end-of-shift duties, including cleaning and tidying the dining area.
  • Adhere to all applicable health department regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.

Additionally, you should be a collaborative team member and communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume food service environment is required.
  • Familiarity with ordering systems (e.g., Toast POS) is preferred.
  • Strong attentiveness and patience towards customers.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient organizational and multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Active listening skills and effective communication.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
