Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager

Actalent is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team in Paris, KY. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving quality and continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.

About the Role

This is an intermediate-level position that requires a strong background in quality management and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, industrial management, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in quality management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality management and continuous improvement principles
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
