About the Job

You'll be responsible for managing schedules, preparing reports, and providing information to internal and external stakeholders. You'll also collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain office supplies and equipment.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, along with a range of benefits, including one free meal per shift and free theme park access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules and meetings for senior leaders
  • Prepare reports and correspondence as needed
  • Provide information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
