Key Responsibilities

  • Grant Writing and Management: Research and write grant proposals to secure funding from government agencies, foundations, and corporate sponsors.
  • Donor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with major donors, corporate sponsors, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support for our programs.
  • Marketing and Communications: Develop and implement a marketing plan to promote our services and programs to the community, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of development and marketing staff to ensure the successful execution of our fundraising and marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Work closely with our program staff to ensure that our fundraising and marketing efforts are aligned with our program goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management, and at least 5 years of experience in fundraising and marketing.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of success in fundraising and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
