Essential Qualities: A vital characteristic for this role is outstanding interpersonal customer service, characterized by a positive, friendly, and compassionate demeanor. This role requires a deep respect and care for our patients, their families, and colleagues.
Qualifications: Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program (RN required; a bachelor's degree is preferred). A strong understanding of the necessary skills to provide appropriate care for the population served in the Case Management Department is essential. Experience in acute care or community social agency case management is preferred.
