Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HEDIS LPN to join our team in a remote position. As a Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of healthcare data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and enter market-specific data, review medical records for HEDIS measures, and perform data mining.
  • Assist in the review and abstraction of medical records to identify opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Track and trend barriers to care, support quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with HEDIS/STAR measures.
  • Respond to clinical quality inquiries, conduct calls for quality requirements, and provide administrative support.
  • Navigate multiple documentation systems and maintain HIPAA standards.
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years of HEDIS experience and/or knowledge
  • Solid knowledge of managed care requirements related to clinical quality
  • Strong medical record review and abstraction skills
  • Research and detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Results-driven independent worker and self-starter
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $27.00 - $35.00 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may include medical, dental & vision, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and life insurance. Additional benefits may include transportation benefits, employee assistance program, and time off/leave.
